Property Access and Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service delivery, customers agree to the following:
- Access: Provide clear access to the work area, including gates, driveways, and yards. Notify us in advance of any access restrictions or special requirements.
- Utilities: Mark or identify the location of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, buried cables, and other hazards before work begins.
- Pets: Secure all pets in a safe location away from the work area during service.
- Vehicles and Property: Move vehicles, outdoor furniture, grills, toys, and other items away from the work area to prevent damage.

Debris and Cleanup
Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:
- We will remove all tree debris, branches, and wood from your property
- Stump grinding includes removal of wood chips unless you request them to remain for mulch
- We will perform reasonable cleanup of the work area, including raking and removing visible debris
- Minor lawn damage from equipment may occur and is considered normal in the course of tree work
- Customers may request to keep firewood or wood chips, which must be specified before work begins
Intellectual Property
The content on the Comanche Tree Experts website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials, is the property of Comanche Tree Experts and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
